Optimisation Applied
- ✅ WebM (VP9) served first — ~30% smaller than H.264 in Chrome/Firefox
- ✅ MP4 (H.264) fallback for Safari & older browsers
- ✅ Audio stripped (an_false) — no soundtrack needed for hero
- ✅ Responsive: 640p mobile · 1024p tablet · 1080p desktop
- ✅ Quality tuned per breakpoint: 60 mobile · 65 tablet · 70 desktop
- ✅ Explicit vc_vp9 / vc_h264 — picks correct codec per format
- ✅ Poster image displayed while video loading — first frame via Cloudinary
- ✅ preload=auto + playsInline for instant autoplay on mobile
